What to expect after you order

Thanks for supporting Sporelust! We are a small, artist-run brand making fungi-forward, forest-inspired goods for people who love mushrooms, the woods, and thoughtful apparel.

Rates

Free U.S. shipping over $75

Shipping rates for other orders are calculated at checkout based on your cart and shipping address.

Ready-to-ship

Packed as quickly as possible

You will receive tracking by email once your order has been packed and handed off to the carrier.

Preorders

Usually 5-7 weeks after the preorder window closes

Small-batch production, custom dye work, and hand-finished details take time.

Preorder Timing

Please allow about 5-7 weeks from the end of the preorder window for preorder items to ship.

We always try to move as quickly as we can, but delays can happen, especially with small-batch production, custom dye work, specialty blanks, or hand-printed pieces. We appreciate your patience and kindness while we make these goods with care.

Shipping Rates +

We currently offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $75.

Shipping rates for orders under $75, or for any available international orders, will be calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and your shipping address.

Ready-to-Ship Orders +

Ready-to-ship items are packed and shipped as quickly as possible. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please keep in mind that shipping timelines begin once your order has been packed and handed off to the carrier.

Preorders and Limited Releases +

Some Sporelust! items are sold as preorders or limited releases. These pieces are made after the preorder window closes, which means they take longer than ready-to-ship items.

For preorder items, please allow about 5-7 weeks from the end of the preorder window for your order to ship.

If your order includes both ready-to-ship items and preorder items, your order may ship together once the preorder item is ready.

Tracking +

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Please allow a little time for tracking to update after the label is created.

Address Changes +

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an issue after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page.

We will do our best to help, but we may not be able to update the address once an order has been packed or shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages +

Once a package is with the shipping carrier, delays may be outside of our control. If your package appears delayed, missing, or damaged, please contact us through our Contact page and we will help you figure out the next best step.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away through our Contact page so we can review the issue and make it right.
